A. Yes, customers may create their own bouquet from a large selection of individual balloons. If you would like to email or phone us we will have you customise the perfect balloon bouquet.
Q. How do I place an order?
A. RedBalloonCork.com accepts orders and payments via the net and telephone on 00353 21 4879098. Orders can be processed via paypal or by card over the phone.
Q. Are same-day orders possible?
A. Same day orders are possible if the order is placed before 12 o clock. We will always endevour to deliver within the proposed time frame.
Q. How far in advance can I place an order?

Q. What are the delivery time options?
A. We always endevour to deliver at scheduled times but this may not always be feasible. We will always try our best.

Q. What are Red Balloon’s office hours?
A. 10Am to 6pm Tuesday to Friday
10am to 5pm on Saturday and out of hours service is also available.
Q. What is the cancellation policy?
A. If there is a need to cancel an order please ring 00353 21 487 90 98 immediately to cancel or re-arrange the order.
Q. Can RedBalloonCork.com deliver to hospitals?
A. We delivery daily to Cork City Hospitals, including Cork University Hospital (CUH), Cork Univeristy Maternity Hospital (Cumh), Bons Secures, Mercy Hospital. Excluding Sunday deliveries.
Q, What happens if the recipient is not present upon delivery?
A. Because many of us leave work early to celebrate special occasions, customers are encouraged to check that the recipient will be at work on the scheduled delivery day.
If the recipient is absent from a place of business when we arrive, the order will be left with colleagues.
Q. What happens if the delivery is refused?
A If the delivery is refused by the recipient or if the building will not permit us to leave the balloons for the recipient, the order will be returned to the shop, where it will be held for pickup by the recipient. No refund will be issue in such cases. If a redelivery is requested, the additional cost will be quoted to the customer for approval before the redelivery is attempted.
Q. How can I prevent balloons from popping?
A. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight, sharp or hot objects, and tiled ceilings. Before releasing a group of balloons to float on the ceiling, release two or three as a test.
Q. How long do helium balloons float for?
A. Usually about 12 – 18 hours. Balloon displays last approx 24 hours.
Q. Can you deliver the balloons to our venue on the day and arrange the displays?
A. Yes, entry before the day of the event may be required for more complicated displays.
Q. How much are helium balloons?
A. Prices vary depending on quantities and difficulty of designs, the more complicated the design the more they cost.
Q. I only have a small budget, can you still do a display for me?
A. YES! We can work with any budget and advise you on the balloons that give you the most value for your money.
Q. Do I need to pay a deposit for displays?
A. Most of the time yes, how much will depend on the value of the order, we will let you know when you place your order.
Q. I have got an idea for balloons can you help me with it?
A. YES! We love new ideas to try, if you can imagine it we will try it!

Helium is a non-toxic, non-flammable, inert gas that occurs naturally in the air we breathe and is also found underground. Although considered a safe gas, it should never be inhaled intentionally as it can cause suffocation.
Children under 8 years of age can choke or suffocate on un-inflated or broken balloons. Adult supervision is required. Keep un-inflated balloons away from children. Discard broken balloons at once.
It is possible to choke or be suffocated by an un-inflated balloon or piece of burst balloon.
Inhaling helium is dangerous and can result in asphyxiation.
Childern under the age of 8 years with balloons should be supervised at all times.
Always use a hand pump or similar to inflate balloons.
Adults should inflate balloons for children under the age of 8 years.
Never put a balloon, or a piece of balloon, in or near the mouth.
Inhaling helium can cause dizziness, nausea, vomiting, loss of consciousness and death.
Under no circumstances inhale helium from a balloon or helium tank.
Always discard broken balloons safely.
